We, the parishioners of St. Joseph's, Pewamo, believe in working together, because together we can accomplish more.  We strive to be a loving, caring parish, building on our strength of family values.  We desire to be a good example to others, with our lives grounded in the values and truths of our Catholic Faith.  Guided by the wisdom of the Holy Spirit and empowered by our love for the Lord and one another, we reach out to others in Christian love.

Wish you knew the Bible better? Join us for a great 7- week bible study from the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology. The Genesis to Jesus Bible Study looks at the whole story of Biblical history as the series of covenants that God has made with His people from creation through the present. Over the course of seven weeks, you will learn how all of the various covenants that God made with His people in the Old Testament are fulfilled in Christ and the Church. Like the "Biblical Walk Through the Mass Study", there will be a Tuesday morning session and a Thursday evening session. The Tuesday morning session will be from 9:30am to 11:00am and the Thursday evening session will be from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Please sign up in the back of church for the session that you will be attending. The first session will take place Tuesday, February 14 and Thursday, February 16 in the church basement. Participants will receive a workbook. The suggested donation to cover the cost of the workbook is $10.00.
